Home. We’ve been stateside for the past four years now, delighted by all the natural beauty and grand scope for adventures!
We spent a couple years based in the gorgeous redwood forests of Northern California, then another enjoying the life aloha in Hawai’i. These days, we’re loving the seasonality and utter wildness of the last frontier up here in Alaska.
During this time, we’ve made it our business to explore as many national parks – and other protected lands – as possible. I even spent time working for California State Parks! We’ve done five expansive Great American Road Trips so far, taking in much of the American and Canadian West. Our first US trail race took place in 2018 in North Dakota; we’ve also raced in Utah and Arizona.
